Shipping Policy

To ensure timely delivery, please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Blueblom is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over $50 / £50 / €50 (based on your local currency).
  • Orders below this threshold incur a flat rate of $4.99 / £4.99 / €4.99.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

  • United States: 5–8 business days after dispatch
  • United Kingdom: 7–10 business days after dispatch
  • European Union: 7–12 business days after dispatch
  • Canada / Australia: 8–14 business days after dispatch

Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Method

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders (UK, EU, Canada, Australia), import duties, VAT, or customs fees may apply according to local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Our team will assist you in resolving the issue promptly.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and may be returned after delivery according to our Return Policy.
